I was invited to a birthday party. It was a very pleasant ride on a boat in a nice company of people I know from my Seatlle life many years ago. They have moved to France since then.

My daily walk was longer than anticipated. They shut down traffic on the main drag and I had to walk back home. All the way (two miles)! But honestly, I didn’t mind. It was fun talking to different people – half of them were foreigners. I even met a painter, whom I filmed a couple days ago on a bridge. He was painting the Spas-na-krovi for the umpteenth time, and we had a nice conversation…
