Both Russian and American Defense Language Institutes are rather interesting places.

The Russian one, in Moscow, is pretty much dead now, and it does not even have a website. But the American DLI, in Monterey, California is very much alive. I guess, it is clear now which of the two countries is a major player in the fields of international politics that require military linguistic talents…
